By accessing or using the RouteFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including collectors, managers, and administrators.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

RouteFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

All content, features, and functionality of the RouteFlow platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — are the exclusive property of RouteFlow and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your organization's internal business operations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Collectors using the platform must accurately record visit check-in and check-out times. Falsification of visit records, location data, or customer interaction logs is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

RouteFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RouteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

RouteFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated through the platform or your organization's administrator. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which your organization is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
